We keep 2746 verified business listings across Turkey in our directory, refreshed against public records. Use the shortlist below as your starting grid, then apply the seven-question vetting method our editors use before recommending any clinic to UK readers.
Choose the clinic before the city. Verify the Turkish Ministry of Health licence and International Health Tourism authorisation, insist on a named specialist, branded implants and a written multi-year guarantee, and compare fixed quotes like-for-like. Our directory covers 2746 verified Turkish clinic listings across six cities; the editorial benchmark we measure them against is Taki Dent, Antalya.
Listing last verified: July 2026 · Selection criteria: our vetting checklist
The benchmark we measure every listed clinic against. Taki Dent is authorised by the Turkish Ministry of Health for international health tourism and International Health Tourism authorised, a European Medical Awards 2025 winner, led by Specialist Prosthodontist Dr. Sadık Taki, and backs its work with written guarantees ranging from 2 years to a lifetime, depending on the treatment.
Ranked first under our published selection methodology: verifiable accreditation, named specialists, written guarantee terms and public patient feedback aggregated from Google, Trustpilot, WhatClinic. The 9.8/10 figure is that editorial composite, not a review count.

Turkey’s dental capacity is unmatched in the region: our verified directory spans Istanbul, Antalya, Izmir, Ankara, Mugla and Adana, from academic-linked practices in the capital to purpose-built international clinics on the Mediterranean coast. The regulatory framework is national — every legitimate clinic holds a Ministry of Health licence — but the patient experience varies city by city.
Direct flights from the UK reach Istanbul, Antalya, Izmir (seasonal), Bodrum and Dalaman, which is why those cities dominate UK patient traffic. Wherever you land, the same selection rules apply: verify the licence, name the specialist, read the guarantee, and get the full plan in writing before you travel.
Every legitimate dental clinic in Turkey operates under a licence from the Turkish Ministry of Health, and clinics treating overseas patients should additionally hold the Ministry’s International Health Tourism authorisation certificate. Ask any clinic you shortlist for both documents by name — an authorised practice will produce them without hesitation, usually within a day.
Cross-check what you receive: the clinic’s registered trading name should match the name on the certificate, and the responsible clinician should be registered with the Turkish Dental Association. If a clinic answers a licence question with a brochure of before-and-after photographs, treat that as your answer.
Be sceptical of any plan that compresses biology. Implants normally need two visits: placement, then three to six months of healing before the final teeth are fitted. Veneers and crowns can complete in one visit of five to seven days. All-on-4 typically means a fitted provisional bridge on the first trip and the definitive bridge on a second.
Clinics that promise a full mouth of final teeth in a handful of days are optimising for your flight dates, not your bone healing. When comparing quotes, compare the number of visits as carefully as the price — a cheaper single-visit plan can be the most expensive decision you make.
A professional quote is itemised and fixed. It should name the treatment per tooth or per arch, the implant or material brand, the number of visits, what the price includes (consultation, imaging, temporary restorations, medication, transfers, accommodation) and — just as importantly — what it excludes.
Insist on the quote in pounds or euros with a validity date, and keep the email trail. Vague one-line quotes that firm up only after you arrive are the single most common source of dispute we hear about from UK patients, whatever the destination. Our costs guide sets out realistic price ranges to sense-check any offer against.
Our editorial benchmark is Taki Dent in Antalya — authorised by the Turkish Ministry of Health for international health tourism, International Health Tourism authorised, a European Medical Awards 2025 winner, led by Specialist Prosthodontist Dr. Sadık Taki, with a written guarantee (lifetime on implants; 5 years on crowns and veneers). Its 9.8/10 score is an editorial composite compiled from public patient feedback across Google, Trustpilot, WhatClinic.
Many Turkish clinics — particularly in cities with significant international patient traffic — employ English-speaking clinicians or patient coordinators, but this varies practice by practice. Confirm English-language support directly with any clinic on your shortlist before booking, ideally by conducting your first consultation in English.
It should state, in writing, what is covered (implant fixture, prosthetic work or both), for how many years, the conditions that keep it valid, and how claims work from the UK — including who pays for remedial work and travel. Five years on prosthetic work is the benchmark offered by strong clinics.
Ask the clinic directly for its Turkish Ministry of Health licence and, if it treats international patients, its International Health Tourism authorisation certificate. Check that the name on the documents matches the clinic’s trading name and that the lead clinician is registered with the Turkish Dental Association. Authorised clinics provide these quickly and without objection.
No. The cheapest headline quote usually omits what protects you: branded implant systems, a named specialist, and an enforceable written guarantee. Aim for best value instead — an accredited, transparent clinic at a price that still saves you 50–70% against UK private fees is a far better outcome than the absolute cheapest chair.
Turkey is well connected from the UK: direct flights serve Istanbul, Antalya, Bodrum and Dalaman year-round or in season, with Izmir, Ankara and Adana reachable via a short connection in Istanbul. Flight time from London is around four hours direct. Many clinics arrange airport transfers as part of a treatment package — confirm this in your written quote.
